One of the main priorities of FIRC is to provide parents with the tools to help them prepare their child for entering elementary school. FIRC believes preschool plays a large role in the early years of a child’s development and we work with parents to help them get their children into Summit County preschools. Several scholarships are awarded every year to families enrolled in the FIRC Families United Home Visitation program to help those who cannot afford the cost of preschool.
