FIRC Families United
FIRC Families United supports parenting education and early childhood development of children 0-5 through free home visitation, family activities, parenting classes, group meetings and community referral. We are building stronger families by improving the parent/child bond, preparing children for school and giving parents the tools to be the best teacher for their child.

Families United is the only program in Summit County to offer free bilingual home visitations to all residents regardless of income level.

FIRC provides Summit County families with the information, support and encouragement they need to help their children develop optimally during the crucial first years of life. Child development and school achievement is also enhanced through the parent education provided as is early detection of developmental delays and health issues. In addition, parents are introduced to a social network made up of other parents and professionals.
FIRC Resources and Qualifications
