You can make a difference
Hundreds of families in Summit County are struggling to keep food on the table, pay their rent or keep their electricity on. The demand for the Family & Intercultural Resource Center’s Food Bank has increased 400% over the last year and is giving out 2,000 lbs. of food per month. The need for rent assistance has increased 80% and FIRC is giving out $8,500 on a monthly basis to keep people from going homeless.
How your donation will help:
- Your entry fee allows FIRC to purchase over 50 pounds of food for the food bank.
- 3 Teams will raise enough to keep a family from going homeless for the month.
The more people who participate, the more people FIRC will be able to help. So bring your family, bring your friends and make this a day where you are instantly
making a difference.
