Parenting Classes & Mamacitas

Parent Group Meetings
Families United works with community experts to offer parenting classes during the year in the formats presentations, discussions and parent and child interaction. Topics are based on parent’s feedback and education needs and cover the areas of discipline, language development, sleep and routines. The goal of the meeting is to provide advice and give parents the opportunity to share information about parenting issues and child development. Parents learn and support each other, observe their children with other children and practice parenting skills. All group meetings are free and include childcare and dinner.
