| Imane Z. Deininger, Director of Program Services
Imane had recently returned from serving as a Peace Corps volunteer in Burkina Faso, West Africa when she joined the FIRC in February 2007. She is proficient in several languages and has three years of experience working in office administration. Her interest in cultures and human services had first led her to study Anthropology at the University of Minnesota where she received her BA. She is currently pursuing a Masters in Public Administration at CU-Denver. Imane also co-chairs the Global Summit Cultural Understanding Committee and is a member of the West African Community Care Team.
Brianne Snow, Grants and Data Manager
Brianne joined the FIRC in August of 2005. Brianne has been a resident of Summit County for almost 10 years and brings with her over 15 years of Early Childhood experience. Actively involved in various community boards and organizations, Brianne currently participates in The Healthy Start Network, Summit County Tobacco-Free Coalition, Early Childhood Council and Early Childhood Connections Advisory Board. Brianne is currently co-coordinator of all home visitation programs, parenting classes and support and family activities offered by the Family & Intercultural Resource Center.
Patricia Cruz, Familias Unidas Coordinator
Since joining the FIRC in August, 2001, Paty has provided direct services to the community via general assistance, information and referrals as well as maintenance of the online Service Directory for Summit County. She also participates in many community groups, including: Drug Free Communities, the C.A.R.E. Network of Summit County and the Mental Health Association of Summit County. In 2005, the Summit Foundation recognized her as an Outstanding Professional in a Nonprofit Organization.
Jamie Harmon, Volunteer and Development Manager
Jaime Harmon, is a Colorado native and a graduate of the University of Denver. She has a BSBA in Economics and has marketing experience from her work at an international marketing research firm out of Chicago, IL and as well as her work at the Colorado Economic Development Office in the International Trade Department. She has a passion for working in the non-profit world and has formerly been involved in putting on major events for non profit organizations and foundations in Denver.
Leticia Diaz, Store Manager, Summit Thrift
& Treasure
Leticia has worked for STT since March 2004 and was promoted to Assistant Manager one year later. She is very proud and happy to also work as a bilingual home visitor for the Parents As Teachers program. Both jobs allow her to be involved with the community in a way that helps her clients learn to adapt to living in the United States. As an immigrant herself, this makes Leticia very happy.
Lupe Gutierrez, Assistant Manager, Summit Thrift & Treasure
Lupe joined the FIRC in 2004. Originally from Mexico, she has been living in Summit County for 13 years. Lupe is the mother of two beautiful children, and is extremely happy to be a part of the FIRC team.
