Quiet the Mind, Energize the Soul

This Workshop will focus on the benefits of stilling the mind and the tools to work towards creating a
meditation practice. Please bring a journal and something comfortable to sit on. Workshop will begin with a brief introduction, short lecture/discussion, gentle movements, guided meditation and breathwork. Evening will end with time to reflect, questions and snacks. This workshop is open to all ages and abilities. No prior meditation experience is required. Participants are required to register. Please wear comfortable clothes.
