FIRC’s Health Navigators will help you select and apply for health insurance coverage that best fits your budget and your needs. Connect with a Health Navigator easily with our online scheduling tool for an in-person visit at one of our two Summit County offices or virtually via ZOOM for your convenience!

Call us at (970) 262-3888 Monday through Thursday between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM to schedule an appointment with one of our Health & Wellness Navigators.

Speak or meet with a Health Navigator to discuss your situation or ask questions. This can be done by phone, virtually or in our offices.

Focusing on your specific needs, we will set goals and determine a plan of action! By the end of the consultation you will have a clear path forward.
