Executive Director
Brianne has been the Executive Director at FIRC since 2019 but has been a staff member at FIRC since 2005.

Director of Development
Nissa oversees the marketing, events, volunteers, and fundraising for FIRC.

Shae Loomis

Development Coordinator
Shae oversees donor and corporate relations for FIRC.

Administrative Staff

Director of Finance, Operations, and HR
Martha oversees all finances, Human Resources, and operations at both Breckenridge and Silverthorne Offices.

Justin Martisius

Justin is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and manages accounts payables, receivables, payroll, and more.

Grant & Evaluation Manager
Danielle oversees grants and evaluation.

Human Resources Manager
Ruth manages benefits administration, hiring, staff training, and performance management.

Board of Directors

Nick Doran

Nick Doran

Board Member - President
Nick Doran is the President of the Family & Intercultural Resource Center (FIRC) Board of Directors. He has served on the FIRC Board since 2014. Nick is the Chief Operating Officer of Breckenridge Grand Vacations (BGV). He has been with BGV since 2006 and is responsible for the daily operation of the company. Prior to his current role, Nick held the position of BGV’s Chief Financial Officer. Prior work experience entailed 10 years in the master-planned residential real estate development industry as Chief Financial Officer and Project Manager for Highlands Management Group, Inc., preceded by four years with Arthur Andersen, LLP. Nick obtained Professional Accounting and Business Administration degrees from Regis College in Denver, Colorado. Nick and his wife Linda are from Lakewood, Colorado. They and their two children have lived in Summit County since 2003.

Barbara Gibbs

Board Member - Vice President
Barbara spends her time skiing, hiking, biking, gardening and volunteering in the community. Originally from Baton Rouge, Barbara worked at Texas Instruments in Information Technology and Human Resources, leaving in 1998, for a move to Colorado.
David Preaus

Board Member
David Preaus moved to Summit County in 1992. After many years in hospitality David purchased Creative Cabinetry in Breckenridge in 2007. In addition to serving on the FIRC Board David has also served in the Summit Youth Baseball Board, Silverthorne Town Council 2010-2014, and is currently on the Summit County Rotary Board. David and his wife Susan and their three boys live in Silverthorne.
Clare Lehman

Board Member - Secretary
Clare Lehman has lived and worked in the Summit County community since 2003 and a member of the FIRC board since 2015. She is currently the Vice President of Hospitality for Keystone Resort, and has a strong hospitality background including operational roles in food and beverage, vacation rental management, housekeeping, finance, and community association management, and broader strategic positions of General Manager, Senior Director and her current position of Vice President. When not at Keystone resort, Clare can be found skiing, camping or hiking with her husband and two young boys.
Ned Walley

Ned Walley

Board Member
Originally from Chattanooga, Ned move to Summit County in 2010 and is one of the leading realtors in the area. Prior to moving to CO Ned had a successful career working in the internet and technology areas, most notably as Google’s first Business Development executive based outside of the USA while Ned lived in London for 11 years. Ned and his husband Kurt live on a ranch a little north of Silverthorne, along with their dog, and a few horses.
Scott Binder

Scott Binder

Board Member- Treasurer
Scott Binder had a 35 year career in finance and business including cable television, radio, equipment leasing, and real estate. He spent the beginning of his career as a Certified Public Accountant. Born and raised in New York, he lived in Washington, DC for 27 years before relocating to Summit County. In addition to volunteering at FIRC, he is on the board of the Society for Financial Education and Professional Development, a not-for-profit organization promoting basic financial literacy for college students.
